Job description

Be the Heart of Our Office.

Do you love creating organized spaces, welcoming people, planning events, capturing great moments, and making everyone's day a little easier?

At L2 Construction, we're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Office Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly while bringing our culture to life.

This is much more than an administrative role. One minute you might be welcoming a new employee on their first day. The next, you're organizing company apparel, helping coordinate a team event, snapping photos on a job site, creating a Canva flyer, or supporting leadership with a special project. No two days are exactly alikeโ€”and that's exactly how you like it.

This is a part-time, in-office positionย (and would consider full-time).

What You'll DoKeep the Office Running Smoothly
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, supplies, company apparel, PPE, mail, deliveries, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare meeting spaces and support company meetings and events.
  • Assist leadership and project teams with administrative and special projects.
Create an Exceptional Employee Experience
  • Welcome new hires and coordinate onboarding logistics.
  • Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company celebrations.
  • Help make L2 a place where people love coming to work.
Tell Our Story
  • Capture photos and short videos of projects, employees, and company events.
  • Organize digital media and support LinkedIn and social media content.
  • Create flyers, announcements, presentations, and internal communications using Canva and Microsoft Office.
Be a Go-To Team Player
  • Support HR, Accounting, Marketing, and Operations with a variety of projects.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, community events, and networking opportunities.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, operations, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, and general office technology.
  • Experience taking photos and short videos using a smartphone or camera.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and loves helping others.
  • Experience in construction or a project-based business is a plusโ€”but not required.
Why Join L2 Construction?

We're a growing healthcare construction company where people genuinely enjoy working together. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on our culture, support an amazing team, and grow your career alongside a company that's investing in its people.

If you're looking for a position where your organization, creativity, and positive attitude will make a difference every single day, we'd love to meet you.
