You Are:

Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing inventory, assisting with ordering, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.
 Your Location:
  • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
  • Travelers Rest, SC
Your Schedule:
  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon-Thurs:  8:00am-5:30pm
Your Language Skills:
  • English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)
Your Manager:
  • Owner
  • Admin: Data entry, mail handling, receive shipments, telephones, general client interaction
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients, route inquiries to right team, log client interactions
  • Facilities/Office Management: Maintain office supplies, facility maintenance, access, equipment, coordination with cleaning staff
  • 3+ yrs experience of office management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace 
  • Comfortable with basic data entry
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skill
