About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Catering/Office Manager at Bigham's Smokehouse. As a staple in the Lubbock, TX community, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and managing the day-to-day operations of our catering and office department.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage office administration tasks such as accounts payable, office organization, and HR responsibilities for all three stores
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality on the phone when speaking with customers
  • Collaborate and communicate with all three stores at a high level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to help grow sales in the catering department
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in office management required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel, Point of Sale operations and other relevant software
