Job description

The Office Manager is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for the FSG Corporate office. This position serves as the face of FSG Corporate and is often the first point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, vendors, and business partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, professional, and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. This person should naturally take ownership of the office, anticipate what is needed, and make sure the day-to-day details are handled without being asked. The Office Manager will coordinate office operations, supplies, mail, calendars, meetings, events, celebrations, visitors, and other administrative needs while providing support and coordination across departments.


Office Management 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and appearance of the corporate office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and guests
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and couriers. 
  • Monitor office supplies, breakroom supplies, and other office necessities; maintain appropriate inventory levels and reorder as needed. 
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, building access, and other facility-related needs.
  • Work with building management and service providers to address office needs.
  • Identify issues before they become problems and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or employee information.

Calander & Administrative Support 

  • Oversee the Corporate calendar for meetings, conference rooms, and office schedules.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings involving multiple departments and leadership.
  • Prepare meeting spaces and ensure necessary materials, supplies, and refreshments are available.
  • Assist with administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
  • Work closely with each department to assure administrative needs are met; assist with other duties as assigned.

Events & Corporate Culture

  • Coordinate corporate events, employee celebrations, meetings, lunches, and special occasions.
  • Assist with planning company celebrations, holiday events, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate catering, decorations, invitations, supplies, setup, and cleanup for office events.
  • Help create a positive and engaging experience for employees and visitors.
  • Partner with HR and other departments on company-wide initiatives and celebrations.

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, executive support, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business technology.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions, able to climb a ladder if necessary.
  • Experience managing calendars, meetings, vendors, supplies, or events preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
