HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN WOODRIDGE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for fully operating and maintaining the machines to meet production deadlines.The ideal candidate will possess experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance, high school diploma or G.E.D, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $19/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday- Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm plus overtime and weekends , must be open to train on 1st shift
  • Located in Woodridge, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment in the most safe, efficient, and consistent manner
  • Maintain machine workflow to meet project deadlines
  • Read job tickets and initiate machine set-ups per job ticket specifications
  • Count, pack, and label sleeves, cartons, and skids
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines as needed
  • Ensure 6S practices are being followed

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods
  • Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
