The Customer Service Representative position primarily involves supporting our customers, sales associates, and delivery associates with any customer-oriented needs. This position involves dealing with customer payments, licenses, credits, and pricing, while also helping sales and delivery associates with any needs they may have pertaining to customers and deliveries. In addition to these roles, the customer service representative may fulfill some office duties.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from customers, sales associates, and delivery associates and provide support
  • Provide backup for department co-workers as needed
  • Balance load sheets by verifying accuracy of inventory, matching payments to invoices, and verifying driver entries
  • Manage FINTECH, ESCROW, iCONTROL, GXS, and charge payments
  • Set up new customers and update customer licenses
  • Apply credits to customer's accounts
  • Investigate pricing issues and make corrections
  • Bill leaker credit tickets
  • Bill sample requests
  • Perform data entry
  • Scan and process customer checks
  • Handle returned checks
  • Bill glassware requests
