Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team in the Foster City office. Duties for this job include greeting visitors and staff as well as providing administrative support for executives, coordinating events, managing vendors, and supporting end-to-end office operations.


Ideal Qualifications

  • 3+ years of similar experience, and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Executive calendars, expenses, and travel arrangements
  • Experience working with IT to support conference room equipment
  • Event planning for in-office, offsite, and team-building events
  • Experience coordinating with catering and office supply vendors
  • Experience coordinating with guest speakers for seminars
  • Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred/Nice-to-Have

  • Life Sciences industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
