Job description

Construction Management Services firm is seeking Construction Inspectors to provide quality assurance on multiple office fit-out and other projects for a federal agency in Washington, DC. Candidates must have at least 10 years' experience providing inspection services in one or more or more of the following disciplines:
  • Architectural,
  • Mechanical,
  • Electrical,
  • Structural,
  • Concrete/Masonry, and
  • Elevator.
Candidates must live in a commutable distance from Washington, DC.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Experience working for federal agencies,
  • Corps of Engineers QCM certification, and
  • OSHA 30 certification.
