Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily administrative operations to ensure our engineering teams have everything they need to succeed.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing with accuracy and care.
  • Coordinate project bidding processes and maintain organized files for ongoing structural engineering contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and consultants, setting a welcoming tone for everyone who engages with our firm.
  • Support the firm principals with scheduling, travel arrangements, and various administrative projects.
  • Keep our Reno office running smoothly by managing supply inventory and facility maintenance needs.

Requirements
  • Five years of experience in office administration or operations management within an engineering or construction firm.
  • Expertise in accounting software like QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Completion of an Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
