Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
•Required 3 Years Experience
•Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred
•Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus
Drivers License

Summary:
Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, common areas, building exteriors, office, parking lots trash pick up and other community buildings.
Reports to: Supervisor
Supervises: In the field / On call
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, common areas, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. This includes but is not limited to: cleaning all grounds and breezeways, cleaning out light fixture, painting stairway railings, power washing walkways & common areas and maintaining dumpster/compactor areas.
Remove trash from office areas daily.
Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager and/or perform assigned
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available
Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
Assist management team with other various tasks required. Administrative
Uphold all company policies, goals and values. Employee Relations
Represent the Building in a professional manner at all times-on/off property.
Contribute to employee retention programs. Safety
Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
Immediately report all unsafe conditions. Additional Requirements
Attendance is an imperative job function.
Fair Housing certification.
Neat, clean and professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
Operate golf cart.
Demonstrate ability to perform tasks described above without seeking outside contractor assistance.
Demonstrate strong communication skills for communicating with co-workers and management.
Demonstrate ability to contribute a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community. Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook.
