Job description

This position is for an experienced high-rise window cleaner. While we rarely do chair work (about 3 weeks per year), we use booms and water-fed poles for 95% of our work. You will be required to learn how to operate a boom up to 85'.

The position will require a high security background check. Absolutely no criminal felonies, no violent convictions, no smoking, and must be e-verified by the Federal Government. Full citizenship or a green card only.

This is a 1099 position, so all hourly wages are sent without deductions - this is your own business. This company has been in place since 1981, has no turnover, and takes care of its partners.

1st year wages are $25+, depending on experience, with 7 paid holidays and 1 week vacation.

While CSCI Property Services Corporation cleans historical windows we also serve building facades in restore interior commercial work.
Our contracts are very secure, and we are focusing on long term customers.
