Front Office Associate

Code Ninjas Downingtown is seeking a highly professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Front Office Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing all aspects of their experience within the center.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome parents and children into the center, ensuring they receive a warm, positive first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing courteous, efficient service, and forwarding calls when necessary.
  • Take detailed notes and messages and ensure they reach the appropriate staff member.
  • Coordinate with the center director or owner for additional tasks and responsibilities.
  • Open and close the center promptly according to the operational hours.
  • Conduct inventory checks and audits regularly, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times, upholding the reputation of Code Ninjas Downingtown.

Qualifications and Skills include:

  • Prior experience in a front office role or similar customer service position is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail is important.
