Virgin Healthcare Services, LLC is a growing and leading healthcare provider for individuals with developmental disabilities, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Office Administration Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in office administration, supporting our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems
- Support the coordination of appointments, meetings, and events
- Help maintain office organization, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Assist with special projects, such as preparing reports, creating presentations, and developing office materials
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
