Description This position is a remote position. Summary: The Workday Platform Security Engineer is accountable for delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bank. Duties & Responsibilities: Design and maintain user security groups, Roles, domain security policies, and business process security controls across Workday HCM and Financial modules.

Drive automation and integration into our centralized identity and access management platform to streamline governance and provisioning processes. Run security audits, monitor for segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and ensure confidential employee or financial data aligns with regulatory frameworks. Partner with HR, payroll, and our business to troubleshoot permission issues and implement secure workflow enhancements.

Basic Qualifications: Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in Information Security within Workday HCM, focusing on IAM and organizational privileges and policies. 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing IAM withing workday, gathering requirements and defining those into actionable items for Huntington's security teams. Professional exposure to SailPoint, and other enterprise security tools. Preferred certification: CISSP, CISM Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), privileged accounts and integration application program interface (API) capabilities.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
