Process firewall change requests in ServiceNow, converting business requirements into firewall policy. Implement firewall policy changes following enterprise change manage procedures during evening change windows. Deploy, support and maintain Site to Site VPNs Participate in the troubleshooting of possible firewall issues by reviewing logs and packet captures.

Be able to distinguish between routing issues, application issues, and firewall issues. Participate is reviewing existing policy for security issues and optimization.
