Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current RN License.
  • Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term care industry.
  • Two years professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or geriatric nursing setting.
  • Knowledge of the Federal and State Regulations for Long Term Care.
  • Knowledge of current laws and regulations that influence provision of care and services in nursing facilities.
