Job description

Procurement Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to support supply planning, supplier management, and operational execution across a complex manufacturing environment. This individual contributor role will drive end-to-end supply and demand optimization while partnering with suppliers, planning teams, and outsourced manufacturing partners to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
  • Manage supply and demand planning activities, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.
  • Partner with planning teams to align supply strategies with business demand.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and outsourced manufacturing (ODM/contract manufacturing) partners to support production requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and drive recovery actions.
  • Assess supply risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Drive supplier performance related to quality, delivery, lead times, and capacity.
  • Develop reporting and tracking tools to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting ODM, contract manufacturing, or outsourced production models.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier management.
  • Proven supplier negotiation and relationship management experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting OEM, ODM, or global manufacturing operations.
  • Background in inventory optimization, supplier capacity management, and supply continuity planning.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, or procurement systems.
This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who excels at managing supplier relationships, navigating outsourced manufacturing environments, and driving operational results across a global supply network.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
