An OCONUS Security Contractor is a private security professional who works outside the continental United States (OCONUS) to provide security services for government agencies, military operations, or private organizations. Their duties may include site security, executive protection, convoy security, and threat assessments in often high-risk environments. The job can be physically demanding, require long deployments, and involve operating in hostile regions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Oconus Security Contractor?

To thrive as an Oconus Security Contractor, you need a background in security operations, risk assessment, and often previous military or law enforcement experience, usually supported by relevant training and security clearances.
