Why the Role Is Important

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Consultant to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a consultant in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:

Client Contributions
  • Execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to deliver a customized client change management approach.
Internal Practice Contributions
  • Build internal network for career growth.
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
Required Qualifications
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • You have 5 years of recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience, where you built client relationships that resulted in trusted advisor activity.
  • You have 5 years’ experience contributing to or leading successful organizational change management engagements.
Preferred Skills
  • You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
  • You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; configured platforms (i.e., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
  • You have impressive communication skills and can skillfully craft executive summaries, detailed information, and reports for leadership.
  • You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can‑do" attitude, and a results‑driven commitment to success.
  • You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management.
  • You have the ability to travel up to 50%.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,000.00‑$160,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401(k) program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
