Position: Retail Sales Associate, Seasonal Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Kihei, Maui or Maalaea, Maui
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr + commission

Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and handle transactions. You will be a key part of our retail team, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to customers
  • Drive sales and achieve sales goals
  • Manage transactions and handle purchases
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months of retail experience
  • Reliable, confident, and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well with others
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 35lbs
  • Must currently reside on Maui
  • Must be 18+ years old
