  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities during virtual sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and relational conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with a broad network of over 10,000 therapists, sharing insights and best practices to foster a community of support and professional development.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adults who are experiencing challenges such as grief, lifestyle adjustments, anxiety disorders, and minor depressive symptoms. Our platform does not cater to children or individuals dealing with severe mental health issues, ensuring that your clinical efforts are focused on manageable therapeutic relationships, leading to successful outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
