This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Using our all-in-one telehealth platform, licensed professionals can engage with clients using various mediums including video calls, audio messages, and online journaling tools. The platform is designed for ease of use, enabling efficient scheduling, client management, and communication, all streamlined to enhance your practice.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities during virtual sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and relational conflicts.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a broad network of over 10,000 therapists, sharing insights and best practices to foster a community of support and professional development.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

You will be working primarily with stable, low acuity adults who are experiencing challenges such as grief, lifestyle adjustments, anxiety disorders, and minor depressive symptoms. Our platform does not cater to children or individuals dealing with severe mental health issues, ensuring that your clinical efforts are focused on manageable therapeutic relationships, leading to successful outcomes.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy settings preferably in mental health service delivery.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. We provide weekly direct deposit, health insurance for full-time counselors, and personalized marketing through your profile page to attract suitable clients. You will receive onboarding support that can be completed in as little as three days.
