Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for pediatric patients, using evidence-based assessment methods.
  • Develop, implement, and continually adjust individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to gauge treatment effectiveness, making data-driven modifications to goals and therapies as required.
  • Complete detailed documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and patient care plans, within the companyโ€™s electronic record management system in a timely manner.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers about the recovery process, setting clear expectations and addressing challenges to facilitate ongoing engagement in therapy.
  • Achieve minimum productivity targets and contribute to other key organizational objectives to support the overall efficacy of our practice.
  • Collaborate with a team of diverse professionals within the facility for clients who utilize multiple therapeutic services, ensuring an integrated approach to care.
  • Advocate for the company's core values, serving as a representative of our mission and contributing positively to our therapeutic environment.

  • Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State, issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Willingness to perform physical evaluations and deliver treatments both in person and via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
  • A strong desire and enthusiasm for working with a diverse patient population, encompassing various ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
  • Adaptability to navigating a dynamic work setting with evolving patient needs and therapy innovations.
  • Commitment to teamwork and exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with patients and their families.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, we welcome applicants with a passion for pediatric physical therapy and those who may have experience in multidisciplinary treatment settings.
