As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work primarily in our modern Rehabilitation Center. The center is designed to create a healing atmosphere, comprising private treatment rooms, a spacious gym equipped with advanced exercise modalities, and areas for functional training. Our team emphasizes a collaborative approach, ensuring each patient receives personalized and effective care.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to identify their specific orthopedic needs and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices, to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Guide patients through active and passive exercises, focusing on muscle re-education, activities of daily living (ADLs), gait training, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and their families on injury management, recovery processes, and collaborate with them to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and response to interventions in our electronic health record systems.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including chiropractors, occupational therapists, and medicine specialists, to ensure coordinated care.

Our patient population consists of individuals undergoing rehabilitation for a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We pride ourselves on making a positive difference in the lives of our patients by delivering individualized care aimed at restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting overall health.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in New York.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
