Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a rehabilitation therapy assignment at Life Care Center of Port Orchard in Port Orchard, Washington. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour day shifts. The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation team and provide occupational therapy services to patients in the facility. Candidates must have a current Washington State license or compact license and BLS certification.
The facility will consider new graduate COTAs for this opportunity. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with occupational therapists, rehabilitation professionals, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
