Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Occupational Health for a travel nursing job in Washington, District of Columbia.

Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing essential nursing services aimed at promoting health and safety in the workplace.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 0730 - 1600
  • One weekend shift on November 22nd
Responsibilities
  • Conduct immunizations and health screenings.
  • Perform fit testing for respiratory protection.
  • Administer drug testing and maintain appropriate chain of custody protocols.
  • Carry out phlebotomy procedures as needed.
  • Deliver flu vaccines and perform oral swab tests.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
  • Completion of at least 1 previous travel assignment is required.
  • Strong immunization skills are preferred.
  • Experience in occupational health is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with fit testing and drug testing processes preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
