The District Enrollment Specialist (DES) is responsible for driving enrollment growth and improving lead to enrollment conversion across a defined group of schools within an assigned district or geographic area. This role provides focused enrollment expertise, consistent execution of enrollment best practices, and hands on, in school support, including conducting tours and partnering directly with school leaders to increase new family enrollments and optimize utilization.

The DES works closely with school leadership, district leadership, and marketing teams to manage the enrollment lifecycle, strengthen lead engagement, and improve tour to enrollment outcomes through execution, coaching, and feedback.

This position is for the OC 1 & 2 districts and candidates must reside near Irvine, CA.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide enrollment support to assigned schools within a specific geographic area, including on site presence to support tours, family engagement, and enrollment execution.

  • Manage leads for assigned schools by maintaining strong organization, prioritizing high intent opportunities, and executing timely, strategic follow up with prospective families and Directors.

  • Support and conduct tours for prospective families, ensuring high quality, consistent experiences that move families toward enrollment.

  • Manage the prospective family enrollment process, in partnership with school and district leaders, from initial inquiry through registration, enrollment paperwork, and initial payment setup.

  • Achieve enrollment goals by effectively utilizing CRM systems to engage prospective families, track pipeline health, and drive enrollment volume. This includes maintaining a high level of technical proficiency and business judgment in CRM usage.

  • Partner with and coach school Directors, providing real time feedback and guidance on enrollment conversations, tour execution, and follow up best practices to build sustainable enrollment habits.

  • Consult with school leadership to market and position the school effectively, using feedback from family interactions, tours, and reviews to tailor enrollment strategies to each school’s needs.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in enrollment conversations, including addressing objections and navigating resistance with prospective families.

  • Maintain working knowledge of state policies and regulations as they relate to childcare enrollment and operations.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required.

  • Associate’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.

Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.

  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Travel:

Up to 50% local travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.

  • $25.75-28.50 hourly rate.

  • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
