Position Overview:
Arctiq is looking for an experienced Observability Expansion Specialist to scale and standardize Dynatrace across large enterprise environments. This role focuses on building a unified observability platform, integrating with enterprise systems, enabling AI-driven insights, and establishing governance and a Center of Excellence.
Contract: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide Dynatrace observability architecture
  • Standardize telemetry ingestion across applications, infrastructure, and services
  • Deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate at scale
  • Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and CMDB systems
  • Build dashboards, alerts, and service flow mappings across applications
  • Enable AI-driven monitoring using Dynatrace Davis
  • Develop FinOps dashboards for cost visibility and optimization
  • Implement log ingestion and event pipelines (Kafka, ELK, etc.)
  • Define governance models and establish Observability CoE practices
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to define KPIs, SLAs, and observability standards
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and enable internal teams

Qualifications:
  • Deep Dynatrace experience (APM, infrastructure, logs, security)
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise observability deployments
  • Strong understanding of telemetry (logs, metrics, traces)
  • Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
  • ServiceNow integration experience
  • AI/ML observability (Dynatrace Davis)
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform or equivalent)
  • GIT and CI/CD experience (Github, GitHub Actions)
  • Strong architecture and governance experience

Preferred:
  • Experience building Observability Centers of Excellence
  • Knowledge of SBOM and security observability
  • Experience with Kafka, ELK, or similar pipelines
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience
