Job description

Position- Observability Consultant (Cribl Edge & Cribl Stream)

Location – Santa Clara CA

Exp.: 10+

Must to have:

1. Proven expertise with Cribl Edge and Cribl Stream (hands-on, enterprise-level projects).

2. Big Data technologies (e.g., Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, Flink) for large-scale data processing.

3. Strong knowledge in building and using observability technologies

4. 5+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, or logging domain

5. Strong familiarity with modern observability standards and practices (logs, metrics, traces, pipelines).

6. Experience with at least one major observability/monitoring tool (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus,  Grafana, Elastic, OpenTelemetry).

Good to have:

1. Exposure to infrastructure-centric environments (hybrid data centers, VMs, networking, storage systems).

2. Prior consulting experience guiding enterprise clients through observability transformations.

3. Security and compliance considerations in observability pipelines.

4. Strong problem-solving and consulting skills with ability to deliver quickly and independently.
