What are some common challenges faced by an OBGYN receptionist and how can they be managed?

Obgyn Receptionists often juggle a high volume of patient calls, appointment scheduling, and sensitive patient information, which can make time management and attention to detail challenging. Handling confidential health matters with empathy, while also ensuring accurate insurance verification and billing, requires strong communication skills and discretion.
