  • OBD Engineer - Job Description
  • Lead development and implementation of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) strategies for vehicle systems.
  • Define and manage OBD requirements in line with regulatory standards (e.g., SAE, EPA, CARB, ECE).
  • Develop and maintain OBD diagnostics content including DTCs, monitors, and enablement conditions.
  • Collaborate with system, software, and calibration teams to integrate OBD seamlessly into vehicle architectures.
  • Own OBD documentation, DVPs, and traceability within requirements management tools.
  • Support OBD testing, validation, and certification readiness activities.
  • Drive issue analysis and resolution related to diagnostic performance and compliance.
