What We Need:
Obagi is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented temp Jr. Project Manager to support the PMO (project management office) team through September 2026. Responsible for tracking timelines and coordinating deliverables, the Jr. PM will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication for all relevant stakeholders across all open projects.
What You'll Do:
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies
  • Communicate due dates and expectations to team members and follow up on deliverables
  • Maintain and update timelines in Smartsheet
  • Send meeting recaps, action items, and project updates via email
  • Support the PM team with weekly status reporting and risk tracking
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing notes
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
What You'll Need:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 1+ years of relevant work experience supporting large teams or event coordination
    • Prior experience in a CPG environment highly preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a collaborative mindset
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office other relevant tools:
    • Excel - must be comfortable with pivot tables and data organization
    • Project Management - Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly, with a passion for creative problem solving.
  • Possess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional
  • development of others.
