Join an Established OB Hospitalist Program
Job Summary:
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our OB Hospitalist team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA.
Position Highlights:

  • Flexible schedule with no outpatient clinic responsibilities
  • 144-hours per month with ability to take extra shifts as desired
  • Shifts and deliveries at Wellstar Cobb Hospital

  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team, including MFM, midwives, and WHNPs
Clinical Responsibilities:
Hospitalists provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including:
  • Labor and delivery management for unassigned patients
  • Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
  • Obstetric emergencies
  • Gynecologic emergency consultations and surgeries
  • Emergency Department consultations
  • Supervision of OB Emergency Department
  • Support of antepartum patients

Qualifications:
Required
