Laborist (OB/GYN) | Full-Time
Location: Renton, Washington

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Laborist (OB/GYN) to join its collaborative Women’s Health team. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.

The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.


Position Overview

• Provide in-house Labor & Delivery coverage
• Manage obstetric triage, admissions, and emergency OB/GYN cases
• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Provide gynecologic emergency care and urgent surgical procedures as needed
• Support and collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Medicine OB providers
• Respond to urgent obstetric and surgical emergencies
• Work closely with anesthesia, pediatrics, neonatology, and nursing teams
• Ensure safe, high-quality maternal and fetal care

This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys high-acuity obstetrics, hospital-based practice, and collaborative team-based care without outpatient clinic responsibilities.


Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Washington State medical licensure
• Active/Eligible DEA registration
• Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred; strong new graduates welcome
