Job Opportunity: OBGYN Laborist

We are in search of an OBGYN Laborist to support a thriving obstetrics and gynecology team within our healthcare organization. This role is based at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, Washington, a charming suburb of Seattle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24-hour on-site labor and delivery coverage.
  • Collaborate effectively with certified nurse midwives (CNMs).
  • Offer emergency room support for gynecological emergencies and surgeries.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified (BC) with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology following residency.
Team Environment

You will be joining a well-established and busy women's health group that includes:

  • 5 OBGYN physicians
  • 6 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)
  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

The group handles approximately deliveries per month.

Work Schedule

The position requires working seven 24-hour shifts each month.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $325,021 and $481,790.
