NP-Women’s Health OBGYN | Chicago | Flexible schedule

Details:

  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Duration: ASAP – Ongoing (3-6 month locum w/ option to extend)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Scope: Outpatient FQHC Community Health – Women’s Health OB, GYN, pre/post-natal services.
  • Volume: 15-20 PPD
  • EMR: Athena
  • Prefer: Local, bilingual Spanish
  • Support: Multispecialty clinic with full support staff
  • Require: National Cert., IL License/DEA, , 1-2 years’ experience in OBGYN services as NP
  • Credentialing: 60 days
