Position Summary
Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to join our established Women's Health team in Chicago Heights, Illinois. This full-time opportunity provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a collaborative, mission-driven clinical environment focused on serving diverse and underserved communities.
This position offers a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology while allowing physicians to build meaningful patient relationships and make a direct impact on community health.
This position is J-1 visa eligible.
Opportunity Highlights
• Established OB/GYN practice with continued growth potential
• Balanced practice mix: approximately 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
• Approximately 3 clinic days per week, call schedule, 5-6 shifts per week
• Current practice averages approximately 60 deliveries per month
• Credentialed with Franciscan Health Olympia Fields
• Opportunity to perform robotic surgery
• Open to experienced physicians and newly trained Board Eligible candidates
Qualifications
Education & Training
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of an accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program
Licensure & Certifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current and unrestricted DEA license
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
Experience & Skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive patient care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Experience working in community health or underserved populations preferred

• Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $350,000
