Anesthesia Coverage Needs:
10 hr SHIFTS 7a-5p 4 days per week. Must be able to work Monday and or Friday, one or both of the days. No more than 40 hours will be scheduled in a week. One weekend call per month.
Site Details:
Credentialing Requirements - 120 days. No rush available. Credentialing requires a phone interview as the final step for priv's with the hospital CNO CANDIDATES home address MUST NOT BE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
Length of need: Ongoing
Type of cases: Cases: Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, OB, radiology, Endo, Eyes, plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma. Dedicated cardiac team for hearts
Supervision: 80/20
Care Team Model: CRNA - 26, MD - 12
Majority Case Type: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
