  • Post-acute care opportunity serving the Denver metro market

  • Flexible Monday-Friday schedule

  • Round-and-go model

  • Typical daily census in the mid-to-upper teens

  • Work across a handful of facilities throughout the week

  • Travel within your assigned region

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Independent Living settings

  • No hospital work

  • No LTAC work

  • No clinic responsibilities

  • No nights

  • Separate group provides overnight call coverage

  • Approximately one weekend day of pager coverage every six weeks
