About A Oasis
A Oasis Pools & Outdoor Living is a premier swimming pool construction, renovation, and service
company serving the North Texas market. We specialize in high-quality pool builds, professional
maintenance programs, and expert repair services. Our service division is expanding, and we are
looking for a driven Service Sales Specialist to help grow recurring service accounts, equipment
upgrades, and repair revenue.


Position Overview
The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue for the A Oasis Service Division by
selling maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and upgrades. This role works directly with
homeowners to evaluate pool systems, identify issues, and recommend solutions that improve
performance, safety, and longevity.


Key Responsibilities
• Sell weekly pool service and maintenance contracts
• Identify and sell equipment repairs and replacements
• Convert service calls into larger upgrade opportunities
• Upsell automation, lighting, heaters, pumps, and energy-efficient equipment
• Generate renovation leads for the construction division
• Meet homeowners onsite to evaluate pool equipment and conditions
• Provide professional recommendations and proposals
• Track leads and manage pipeline within the CRM


Performance Metrics (KPIs)
• Monthly service contracts sold
