This role is remote, providing flexibility while also emphasizing a collaborative environment. As part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, you will engage in telehealth practices that prioritize patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, understanding each client's unique needs, and design personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Implement therapeutic strategies through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches that suit individual client needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy in record-keeping, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with your colleagues in case consultations, engaging in peer reviews to continuously improve the quality of our services and outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and community resources available to support overall well-being.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health to incorporate innovative approaches into therapy.

Our client population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment that fosters open communication and trust, empowering clients to work through their challenges and achieve their goals.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the state of New Jersey as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a penchant for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, demonstrating adaptability to remote counseling protocols.
• Familiarity with mental health technologies and platforms enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Prior work experience in trauma-informed care and interdisciplinary teamwork.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
