Job description

NOW HIRING: CNA / NA Lead Caregiver (Full-Time) – Oahu
Step into a leadership role. Stay hands-on. Make a real impact.

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for a reliable, experienced CNA/NA ready to take the next step into a Lead Caregiver / Supervisor role.
This is not your typical caregiver position — you’ll be out in the field, supporting clients and helping guide care across multiple cases. If you like variety, staying active, and being someone the team can count on, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
In the field (majority of your time):

  • Step in as a floater to cover shifts and support different clients
  • Help with daily care (ADLs, companionship, safety)
  • Drive clients to appointments and errands when needed

As a Lead Caregiver
In the office:

  • Complete new client assessments and intakes
  • Do reassessments and caregiver supervisory visits
  • Support and guide caregivers in the field
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Active CNA or NA (Hawaii)
  • Flexible and dependable — this role moves around
  • Comfortable working with different clients and environments
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (required)
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills required — includes office-related tasks, navigating our EMR system, and handling administrative work

What's in it for you?

  • Opportunity for higher pay based on performance
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
  • Access to a company car (based on eligibility and availability)
  • Health Insurance
  • Variety — no being stuck in one case all the time
  • Growth — step into leadership without leaving caregiving
  • Support — you’re backed by a responsive office team

Location: Oahu (must be willing to travel across the island)
