Compensation: At BluePearl, we offer a highly competitive compensation package for board-certified or residency-trained veterinary anesthesiologists in New York City. The annual base salary range for this position is $192,000 to $215,000. However, this is just the beginning of your earning potential.

Additional Lucrative Earnings:

  • Production Compensation: You have the opportunity to earn additional income through our generous production-based compensation model, with no negative accrual. This means your earning potential can significantly exceed your base salary.
