Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: React.Js/Fullstack Developer
Job Description:
Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on UI/Frontend development; responsible for designing and building high-quality, scalable web applications from pixel-perfect user interfaces to robust backend services
Frontend / UI Development (Primary Focus)
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mockups into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all supported platforms.
• Optimize frontend performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
• Implement and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure UI consistency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine and improve user experience.
• Write unit and integration tests for frontend components.
• Backend Development (Secondary Focus)
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend functionality.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and data sources.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Participate in database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.
• Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Write clear technical documentation for features, APIs, and components.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Frontend (Must-Have)
Skill Details
React.js / Angular / Vue.js Strong proficiency in at least one major framework (React preferred)
HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS Deep understanding of semantic HTML and advanced CSS techniques
JavaScript / TypeScript Strong command of ES6+ features and TypeScript
State Management Experience with Redux, Zustand, NgRx, or similar
Responsive Design Proficiency with CSS Grid, Flexbox, and mobile-first design
UI Component Libraries Hands-on experience with Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, or similar
Browser DevTools Proficiency in debugging and performance profiling
Testing Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
Backend (Required)
Skill Details
Node.js / Java / Python Proficiency in at least one backend language/runtime
REST APIs Design and consumption of RESTful services
Databases Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
Authentication Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and session management
DevOps & Tools
• Version control with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.1) standards
• Experience with Storybook for component documentation
• Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies
• Prior experience in fintech or enterprise-grade applications
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional, hands-on full-stack development experience in an enterprise environment.
Salary Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year
