How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Deliver medical nutrition therapy as a Licensed Dietitian, assessing nutritional status and implementing evidence-based interventions that improve patient care outcomes.
  • Assess medically complex pediatric patients and develop individualized nutrition plans, including enteral nutrition support, to promote safe and effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to strengthen care coordination and support high-quality direct patient care.
  • Monitor patient response to nutrition interventions, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes, tolerance, and evolving healthcare needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) to support compliance, continuity of care, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead patient and family nutrition education while addressing care concerns and supporting informed decision-making throughout the treatment journey.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) upon hire required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required.

  • Inpatient pediatric experience strongly preferred.
