Job description

Position Description: We are seeking a driven and performance-oriented Associate Clinic Manager (ACM) to support the daily operations, patient experience, and revenue performance of the clinic. This role partners closely with the Clinic Manager to execute sales strategies, optimize schedules, manage lead flow, support patient health coaching initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.
The Associate Clinic Manager plays a key role in patient consultations, follow-up processes, and KPI execution while developing the leadership skills necessary to advance into a Clinic Manager role. This position does not have direct reports but serves as a lead presence on the clinic floor, supporting team accountability and patient experience.
Position Responsibilities: • Support daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and adherence to company standards.
• Perform patient consultations, confidently present program options, and assist patients in selecting and enrolling in appropriate plans.
• Provide individualized health coaching to patients, supporting sustainable weight management, lifestyle optimization, and adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Reinforce nutrition education, behavioral change strategies, goal setting, and accountability to improve patient outcomes and retention.
• Follow up on all assigned leads, manage appointment setting, and ensure timely final disposition.
• Assist in managing confirm calls and schedule optimization to maximize provider productivity and clinic revenue.
• Monitor personal sales performance and contribute to achieving clinic-level KPIs including conversion rates, show rates, and retention.
• Partner with the Clinic Manager to track and support clinic performance metrics.
• Maintain strong patient relationships through consistent follow-up, accountability, and service excellence.
• Support front desk workflows, inventory oversight, and daily operational tasks as needed.
• Train patients on self-administration of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections (training provided).
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Serve as a leadership presence in the clinic by modeling accountability, urgency, and professionalism.

Preferred Education and Experience
• Experience in weight loss, medical spa, healthcare, fitness, or related performance-driven service industry.
• Prior experience in a lead or assistant management role.
• Familiarity with medical weight management and hormone optimization programs.
• Health coaching, nutrition, or fitness certifications a plus.

Physical Requirements: • This role requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting throughout the clinic day.
• Frequent direct patient interaction in a fast-paced clinical and sales environment.
• Must be comfortable balancing administrative, sales, and clinical support responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (supplies, inventory, etc.).
