Our instructors play a powerful role in guiding members through 45-minute cardio kickboxing and strength training workouts while creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

A Day in the Life
As an FXB instructor, you will:
  • Lead and motivate members through 45-minute cardio kickboxing and strength training classes
