Job description

Are you passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve their quality of life? Holistic Integration is seeking an Exercise Science Specialist to join our Structural Care Team. This position plays a key role in guiding patients through individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs designed to improve strength, stability, posture, balance, and overall function.


As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with chiropractors, rehabilitation specialists, functional medicine providers, and health coaches to help patients achieve lasting results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and instruct patients through individualized Muscle Reeducation (MRE) programs.
  • Develop and progress exercise programs based on patient needs and provider recommendations.
  • Conduct and oversee balance training and rehabilitation programs.
  • Perform Rapid Release Therapy treatments.
  • Assist with patient education regarding posture, movement patterns, and injury prevention.
  • Help fit and educate patients on Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supportive devices as recommended.
  • Document patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with chiropractors, rehabilitation specialists, nurse practitioners, and functional providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for patients throughout their care journey.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation principles.
  • Excellent communication and patient coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience in rehabilitation, personal training, athletic performance, physical therapy settings, or chiropractic offices is preferred but not required.
