Under the general direction of the Support Services, the Hospitality Associate provides optimal nutritional care and quality by obtaining patient menu selections and accurately assembling and delivering meals to patients. Enhances patient satisfaction through daily demonstration of exemplary customer service. Performs a variety of duties related to processing menus, diet orders, menus selections for modified diets, tray assembly, distribution and infection control.
