ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Include the following and others may be assignedoPromote and support sales and service through our Agronomy DivisionGreet people in a friendly and professional mannerPromote new marketing ideas related to our Agronomy DivisionWork closely as a team, for customer satisfaction and an excellent cooperative image and serviceSee that crop production products and nutrients are delivered to the correct legal descriptions and maintain specific nutrient labelsConduct business without delayResponsible for correct inventoryResponsible for packaged bulk and shuttle chemicalsHelp customers with any issues they may have (maintenance, parts, etc.)oKeep our support buildings clean and neat to promote safety for our customers and our image to the public Comply with all safety policies/procedures and observe all safety rules and regulations without exceptionWear personal protection equipment for safetyCheck and properly maintain our support equipment to meet safety and dot requirementsMaintain the trucks and pickups. Keep in excellent working conditions, focus on excellent image to our customer base.Keep inventory clean and sellable. Keep a daily, monthly and yearly maintenance schedule for all equipmentAll rolling stock /assets should be maintained and kept spring ready at all times.Manage and monitor day to day activities of the plant.oKeep shrink and/or shortage to a minimumoBe at work on time and work the scheduled hoursoNotify the Operations Manager on any customer complaint or compliance issueoCooperate fully with the main business office to maintain accurate information for our customer base
