Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Mondayโ€“Friday with flexible scheduling (5x8 or 4x10), one Saturday per month with a flex day off granted during the week; every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis | Start Time: 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM | Projected Start: 08/31/2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation and acute care setting
  • Function as an independent clinician, delivering one-on-one patient care with a focus on individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize specialized equipment including Lite Gait, BITS, NuStep, and IASTM in the delivery of therapy services
  • Document patient care and progress using the Meditech documentation system
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
  • Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, floating policies across IRF and acute care units as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist licensure in South Carolina or eligibility to obtain
  • Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
  • Proficiency in core occupational therapy clinical skills as an independent practitioner
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to the needs of the unit throughout the day
  • Ability to comply with facility dress code requirements (light grey scrubs)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) and/or acute care settings
  • Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems
  • Experience working within an interdisciplinary therapy team
