Job Summary
The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing is accepting applications for a part-time faculty member to teach in the Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs. Preference will be given to candidates with online academic teaching experience, advanced practice nursing experience, or executive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate students enrolled in the Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs.
• This position includes expectations for online teaching.
• Responsibilities may also include a combination of didactic, clinical laboratory, and clinical experiences/site visits in regional health care settings.

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in nursing required.
• Minimum of two years' recent experience as a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse required.
• APRN certification as appropriate.
